Were you on your own? What kind of work did you do, and in what way? How did you lead, inspire and empower others &#8211; and yourself?<\/p>\n<p>What were your biggest strengths in the scenario? Which of your values were you aligned with?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>When do you feel the deepest sense of connection and meaningfulness in your leadership and work?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Think back on those moments. Those times, periods, projects that you worked on.
