Understanding people and what makes them tick really fascinates me. As far as I can remember I have always been intrigued by how our minds work and why people do what they do. This curiosity comes from my passion for helping people live a better, happier and fulfilling life. I believe that when you can understand someone deeply -understand their views, perspectives, beliefs, situation and who they are truly - it enables you to help them achieve what they want in the best possible way. <\/p>\n

Despite my passion with helping people and my fascination about the mind, I found myself going into a career that was completely unrelated. I spent 16 years working in finance before I came to the realisation that I was in the wrong field. I was unfulfilled in a job that was lacking meaning and purpose for me. Ironically, I had spent a lot of time in my life understanding and helping other people but not enough time understanding myself. When that became clear and after reflecting on my career, I knew that I had got to a point in my life where I had to make some important decisions. If I wanted to feel fulfilled in my work, I would have to start following my passions, start doing what made me happy, doing something I was in alignment with and most importantly doing something that was really me. For me all of this came together in a new career as a coach.<\/p>\n

I feel that coaching can be very powerful in creating change and I am committed to bringing clarity and balance to achieve this. I believe that everyone has huge potential and feel privileged to be able to help and support individuals tap into their unique power to bring out the best in them. I aim to provide a safe space to enable people to explore who they really are and be true to themselves. I work from a place of empathy and care, listen from the heart and use my intuition to support my clients.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

\u2022 I have a background in Accounting and Finance and have had various roles in this field such as assistant management accountant, revenue manager, finance manager etc\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2022 I have worked in various industries including publishing, media, hospitality, Interiors and technology all within the finance sector<\/p>\n

\u2022 I have run my own furniture business<\/p>\n

\u2022 I have provided support for pupils in classrooms during lessons<\/p>\n
