S\u00e5 lenge vi har en klar visjon, tydelighet p\u00e5 m\u00e5lene og satt noen p\u00e6ler som vi opererer etter, s\u00e5 ser jeg at vi har f\u00e5tt mye verdiskaping ut av \u00e5 engasjere og \u00e5 f\u00e5 aktivert de ressursene som finnes i organisasjonen, for det er enormt mye kraft i en organisasjon hvis du klarer \u00e5 f\u00e5 aktivert den og f\u00e5 de til \u00e5 spille i samme retning, enorm kraft!<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bj\u00f8rn Arve Ofstad, konsernsjef i NG Nordic, den\u00a0ledende akt\u00f8ren innen avfallsh\u00e5ndterings- og sirkul\u00e6re l\u00f8sninger i Norden, snakker engasjert om ledelse, kultur og lederutvikling i episode 22 av Lederutviklingspodden.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NG Nordic er et nytt selskap etter sammensl\u00e5ing av NG Group, som ogs\u00e5 kjent som Norsk gjenvinning konsernet, og Fortum Recycling &amp; Waste. Etter fusjonen har NG Nordic i dag 3 400 ansatte og en samlet omsetning p\u00e5 16 milliarder kroner.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AT NG Nordic og Bj\u00f8rn Arve er visjon\u00e6re og med sterke verdier, men ogs\u00e5 med modighet og gode strukturer, er tydelig i l\u00f8pet av samtalen.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Det er veldig popul\u00e6rt med purpose driven ledelse forretningsmodeller og \u00e5penbart s\u00e5 har det v\u00e6rt en driver fra oss &#8211; hvor people, profit and planet er driveren.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Men det handler ikke bare om \u00e5 v\u00e6re visjoner, det handler om at du m\u00e5 evne og t\u00f8rre og st\u00e5 i det og evne og t\u00f8rre og st\u00e5 i de t\u00f8ffe beslutningene ogs\u00e5, poengterer han.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bj\u00f8rn Arve har over 20 \u00e5rs erfaring som toppleder og dilemmaer er et av n\u00f8kkelordene n\u00e5r han ser tilbake p\u00e5 sin l\u00e6ring og utvikling som leder.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Etterhvert som man har f\u00e5tt litt mer erfaring i ledergjerningen s\u00e5 ser jeg at ledelse handler veldig mye om \u00e5 h\u00e5ndtere dilemmaer, mye med det \u00e5 velge mellom to ikke helt optimale l\u00f8sninger.
