Det er veldig bra at nesten alle organisasjoner i Norge snakker om mangfold, har det i sine strategier og ser at det er viktig, men det er ikke s\u00e5 mye handling enda, der har vi fortsatt en vei \u00e5 g\u00e5, forklarer Francine Mbanza Jensen i episode 21 av Lederutviklingspodden.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Francince Mbanza Jensen er daglig leder i Unity Spark og redakt\u00f8r for Unity Magazine som er et tidsskrift som setter s\u00f8kelys p\u00e5 mangfold og b\u00e6rekraft i N\u00e6ringslivet. Hun har jobbet aktivt med mangfold og mangfoldsledelse de siste 13 \u00e5rene og fikk Mangfoldsprisen i 2023 for sitt sterke engasjement og arbeid.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Hun er spesielt opptatt av mangfold og inkludering innenfor ledelse og er opptatt av at ledere tenker nytt om mangfold.<br \/>&#8211; Hvis vi snakker om mangfold som \u00b4vi skal hjelpe noen, stakkars dem\u00b4 blir det feil, for bedriftene skal tjene penger. Vi m\u00e5 snakka om mangfold som et faktisk konkurransefortrinn og at man vil gj\u00f8re det bedre ved \u00e5 ha mangfold i en bedrift.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Dessverre ligger vi i Norge langt nede p\u00e5 listen n\u00e5r det gjelder mangfold og mangfoldsledelse.<br \/>Rapporten Expat Insider fra 2023 viser blant annet at vi i Norge ligger langt n\u00e5r det gjelder integrering og inkludering (ease of settling in). Faktisk er vi p\u00e5 52. plass av 53 land i denne studien.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>For \u00e5 ta steg p\u00e5 mangfoldsledelse anbefaler hun i \u00e5 ta noen sm\u00e5, men tydelige grep.<br \/>&#8211; Begynn litt i det sm\u00e5. Ansett \u00e9n og se hvordan det g\u00e5r. Lag gode manfoldsstrategier og s\u00f8rg for de er forankret i ledelsen.
