De ser at vi blir 700.000 flere eldre om 15 \u00e5r, men vi blir f\u00e6rre som st\u00e5r i yrkesaktiv alder enn det vi har i dag.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>&#8211; Hvis man skal drive som i dag bare innenfor helse og omsorg, s\u00e5 trenger man 180.000 flere medarbeidere innen 2040, hvis vi gj\u00f8r s\u00e5nn som vi gj\u00f8r i dag og jobber som vi alltid har gjort. Hvis vi t\u00f8mmer petroleumssektoren og alle andre n\u00e6ringer vil vi fortsatt mangle 20.000 medarbeidere i bare i helse og omsorg.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Disse sitatene tilh\u00f8rer Torkjell Winje som er fagansvarlig for lederutvikling i B\u00e6rum kommune.
