Hvis de ikke har felles m\u00e5l og ikke er avhengig av hverandre for \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 de m\u00e5lene, kall det for en avdeling eller en gruppe mennesker. Ikke driv det vi kaller for tvangsteaming!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Dette er en av utallige spennende innsikter i praten med Lars i episode 19 av Lederutviklingspodden.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Lars en av de ledende ekspertene p\u00e5 team og teamlederutvikling i Norge i dag. <br \/>Han har bakgrunn som psykolog og har blant annet jobba som klinisk psykolog tidligere. I dag jobber han som organisasjonspsykolog og da med spesielt fokus p\u00e5 team.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>N\u00e5r han jobber med team fokuserer han p\u00e5 2 hovedkategorier; 1 fundamentet, eller de harde faktorene og 2 samspillet og kommunikasjonen, de myke ferdighetene. Aller f\u00f8rst stiller han en diagnose ved \u00e5 kartlegge n\u00f8kkelferdigheter i teamet.<br \/>&#8211; Hvis teamet skal bli bedre s\u00e5 m\u00e5 vi vite hvilke n\u00f8kkelfaktorer vi gj\u00f8r det ganske bra p\u00e5, som vi egentlig ikke trenger \u00e5 jobbe med, og hvilke faktorer vi faktisk trenger \u00e5 bli bedre p\u00e5. Hvis du skal gj\u00f8re teamet ditt bedre s\u00e5 m\u00e5 du alltid starte med innsikt i \u00b4hvor er vi hen n\u00e5?\u00b4, poengterer han.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Han mener at de fleste team ligger p\u00e5 50 p\u00e5 en skala fra 1 til 100 og at mange team kan forbedre seg betydelig.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>N\u00e5r det gjelder n\u00f8kkelfaktorer for \u00e5 bli bedre teamleder trekker han spesielt fram 2 faktorer<br \/>&#8211; Jeg tror det starter med noe veldig grunnleggende og det er en antagelse om at jeg kan bli bedre og at jeg kan utvikle meg. Uten det s\u00e5 mangler du troen p\u00e5 utvikling og da er du litt stuck f\u00f8r du begynner \u00e5 springe.<br \/>&#8211; Ogs\u00e5 tror jeg ogs\u00e5 at evnen til selvrefleksjon, \u00e5 se seg selv utenfra. \u00b4Hva er det du gj\u00f8r Lars som er bra, og hva er det du gj\u00f8r Lars som med fordel kan bli bedre\u00b4, forklarer han.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Han trekker ogs\u00e5 fram evnen til \u00e5 regulere egne f\u00f8lelser.<br \/>&#8211; Hvis du ikke er s\u00e5 god p\u00e5 det s\u00e5 kan du bli litt uforutsigbar for andre og det er nok noe de fleste b\u00f8r trene p\u00e5.
