Hvordan takle ulikheter p\u00e5 jobb<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ee1853c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ee1853c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Det er med stor glede vi i dag sparker i gang en ny sesong av Lederutviklingspodden og denne gang er det Vegard Olsen og Christine Wittusen som sammen utforsker temaet \u00b4Hvordan takle ulikheter p\u00e5 jobb\u00b4.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Christine og Vegard har til sammen mer enn 25 \u00e5rs erfaring med team og lederutvikling og i denne episoden deler de verkt\u00f8y, historier, eksempler og ulike tiln\u00e6rminger til hvordan man kan utvikle seg som leder i m\u00f8te med ulike typer mennesker p\u00e5 jobb.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>&#8211; N\u00e5r vi g\u00e5r p\u00e5 jobb tar vi ikke bare med CVen og arbeidserfaringene v\u00e5re, men hele v\u00e5r emosjonelle historie. Det er ogs\u00e5 en del av CVen v\u00e5r, poengterer Christine.<br \/>Ideelt sett burde man hatt en brukermanual som forklarer litt om hvem vi er og hvordan vi reagerer i ulike situasjoner, legger hun til.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Gjennom episoden reflekterer de over ulike verkt\u00f8y som kan hjelpe oss \u00e5 forst\u00e5 oss selv og andre og dermed h\u00e5ndtere ulikheter p\u00e5 en best mulig m\u00e5te.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>De ser blant annet mye p\u00e5 verkt\u00f8yet Diversity Icebreaker som er utviklet av Bj\u00f8rn Z. Ekelund, Priotr Pluta og Human Factors AS som ble intervjuet i episode 4 av podkasten og Christine tar for seg sitt favorittverkt\u00f8y Ennegrammet.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>De er begge opptatt av at gode verkt\u00f8y m\u00e5 brukes p\u00e5 m\u00e5te som er utviklende og frigj\u00f8rende.<br \/>&#8211; Gode verkt\u00f8y er utviklingsverkt\u00f8y som gj\u00f8r at du kan \u00e5pne opp for og f\u00e5 tilgang til flere sider av deg selv, forklarer Christine.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>De snakker ogs\u00e5 om skyggeperspektivet n\u00e5r det gjelder det \u00e5 takle ulikheter p\u00e5 jobb.<br \/>&#8211; Den lederstilen du har fungerer veldig fint fram til den ikke gj\u00f8r det lenger, forklarer Vegard.<br \/>S\u00e5 og si alle ledere jeg har jobba med har en eller to i teamet sitt som de synes er vanskelig \u00e5 jobbe med. Og da er det ofte s\u00e5nn at den lederstilen du har funker kjempebra for 9 av 10 i temaet men ikke for den ene personen. Og da er det litt din oppgave som leder \u00e5 kunne tilpasse deg den situasjonen, legger han til.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Begge understreker at tilpasning er et n\u00f8kkelord n\u00e5r man skal utvikle seg som leder i m\u00f8te med ulike personer og situasjoner.<br \/>&#8211; Lederskap er ikke one size fits all. Vi trenge \u00e5 \u2018tweake\u2019 litt avhengig av hvem vi m\u00f8ter.
