Ledere er ogs\u00e5 folk og som folk flest har de ogs\u00e5 behov for \u00e5 f\u00f8le seg sett og akseptert selv om de kanskje har sagt og gjort noe dumt.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det \u00e5 bidra til det trygge rommet som b\u00e5de ledere og andre kan kjenne p\u00e5 er noe vi alle trenger \u00e5 bidra til.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dette er en av mange spennende innsikter fra B\u00e5rd Fyhn som er gjest i episode 14 av Lederutviklingspodden. <br \/><br \/>B\u00e5rd Fyhn har en doktorgrad i psykologisk trygghet i team fra NHH, der han n\u00e5 jobber som programleder ved NHH Executive og universitetslektor ved Institutt for strategi og ledelse.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Psykologisk trygghet har blitt et popul\u00e6rt tema de siste \u00e5rene og da er fort gjort at det skapes myter.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; En klassiker er at psykologisk trygghet handler om kos og harmoni. N\u00e5r harmonien blir et m\u00e5l i seg selv og vi blir redd for \u00e5 tr\u00e5kke hverandre p\u00e5 t\u00e6rne, da oppn\u00e5r vi det motsatte av det vi \u00f8nsker, poengterer han.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B\u00e5rd trekker ogs\u00e5 fram viktigheten av det individuelle perspektivet n\u00e5r man jobber med psykologisk trygghet.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Det jeg ofte ser i team er at det er noen mennesker som kjenner veldig lav trygghet.
