About the workshops

In these workshops we engage every team member in re-creating your vision through individual and team explorations and by aligning individual, team and company aspirations

Process structure

• Each team member sharing their vision and goals for the company and themselves in it

• Creative exercises individually and in groups to tap into why the company exists

• Summarizing and clarifying similarities and differences in the team

• Aligning individual, team and company visions

Who are these workshops for?

These workshops are aimed at small and medium sized businesses who are eager to create a shared vision and build a shared commitment in the organisation to take the business to the next level. Workshops are run on a team by team basis with 4 to 15 participants per workshop. For bigger organisational changes this workshop can be conducted across several teams and key insights can be summarised and reported at organisational level

What will be the outcome of this process?

• Shared vision and mission with strengthened commitment to these among team members

• Clear understanding of why the company exists including core values and beliefs

• Strategy to manifest vision and mission in practice

Practical info

Format

Preparation exercises for each team member. Starting the first workshop with everyone presenting their vision for the company. Working creatively to understand core components of the company/team´s vision

Time

3 x half day workshop is standard, but format and length can be adapted according to needs
