About the workshop

In this team workshop we help you get an overview of your team´s current status and key factors going forward using our "Team MOT". During the session we work creatively to get a shared sense of direction and a clear understanding of how to strengthen the team in the medium to long-term.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is aimed at teams in small and medium sized businesses which aim to grow from good to great. Teams typically consist of 4-15 team members. The workshop can be conducted across several teams and key insights can be summarised and reported at organisational level

• Clarity of where the team is currently at and key factors going forward

• Shared sense of direction medium to long-term

• Clear strategy for how to take the team forward

Practical info

Format

Team MOT to be done by all team members prior to workshop, team members engaging in individual as well as team or small group exercises during workshop

Time

3 hours, but can be adapted to a 2 hour or half day workshop
