Grow your team by giving every team member the opportunity to understand, leverage and further develop their unique leadership strengths

Process structure

• Strength tests individual and team level

• Team workshop to explore team and individual strengths

• 3-5 coaching sessions per team member to understand, leverage and develop individual strengths

• Wrap up of process sharing key learnings with each other

• Measurement of process effects from pre to post process

Who is this process for?

The Team strength development process is aimed at small and medium sized businesses who are eager to invest in their team(s) to improve communication and collaboration, grow leaders within their team(s) and achieve improved business outcomes as a result.

What will be the outcome of this process?

• Team members has a clear understanding of their unique leadership style, how they can leverage their strengths and maximise their potential

• The team has a better understanding of which areas each team member can contribute the most to achieving the goals of the team and the company

• Evidence of growth within key leadership development parameters from pre to post process

• Understanding of which areas to continue working on to keep growing as a team and as individuals

Practical info

Format

Online strength tests for each team member at start of process. Team workshop and 1:1 sessions with coach online or F2F.

Time

Team workshop 2 - 2,5 hours, 2 x online surveys of 20 min each, 3 to 5 hours of individual coaching
