Angel Buster is the director of education and research at 7- Aspects of Sustainable Society Solutions, a consulting company based in the Netherlands. The company researches and develops products and solutions for health and well-being, focusing specifically on the topics of authentic leadership and sustainability, and organisational responsibility. She trains and accredits other professionals to work with the 7-Aspects©, a systems-based model and series of assessments for organisational health. She is also an organization development consultant who has worked in the field of learning since 1996.

Both practical and visionary, her strength lies in the strategic support she provides her clients, her willingness to take time to understand their challenges in a systems-oriented way and her collaborative, yet, results-oriented approach. As a strategic partner, Angel has extensive experience in the design and delivery of team and leadership development programs. Her approach is to restore health and well-being to the entire organization (eco) system through training or design of performance and cultural change initiatives.

Before launching 7-Aspects Sustainable Society Solutions, Angel was a senior consultant and faculty member at a global training and consultancy company that specialized in the areas of individual, team, leadership, and organization development as well as topics of mergers, acquisitions, and cultural change. She has worked with and trained people from over 50 nationalities, has experience in a wide range of industries and can successfully partner with all levels of management.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Education (Adult learning and Leadership, Training and Performance Improvement in Organizations) where she specifically learned how to work with the Human Performance Improvement model of organizational/system change to design and implement performance interventions. She is a professional certified coach, having received her training from the Coaches Training Institute, a credentialed member of the ICF (International Coach Federation) and a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society. She is currently working part time on a PhD through Lancaster University in the UK in Organizational Health and Well-Being where she is exploring the link between childhood development, leadership, and sustainability.
